Our Process
Working together on your wedding paper should feel fun, personal, and seamless. Here’s a quick look at what you can expect when we collaborate:
“We’ll start with a conversation to get to know you—your story, your style, and your vision for the big day. From there, I’ll share a custom proposal tailored to your needs.”
“Once you book, I’ll guide you through a design questionnaire so I can dig into the details that make your love story unique. Then, I’ll create a set of initial design boards with sketches, artwork, and concepts for your stationery suite.”
“You’ll have two rounds of revisions to fine-tune your suite and one final round of design proofs. This is where we hone in on every detail—colors, paper textures, print methods, and artwork—until it feels perfectly “you.””
“After approvals, everything goes into production with trusted print partners who specialize in high-end wedding stationery. From letterpress to foil to hand-painted artwork, each piece is crafted with care.”
“Your finished stationery is delivered to you, ready to send out into the world. Many couples also continue with me for Day-Of paper—programs, menus, signage, and other special touches that tie everything together on your wedding day.”

Minimum investment
Our minimum investment for fully custom wedding invitations is $3,500.
We believe your stationery should feel like the first toast of the weekend: warm, elevated, and beautifully personal. Every Ladymon Paper Co. suite is thoughtfully designed with hand-painted artwork, refined typography, and meticulous printing techniques that turn your paper goods into true keepsakes.
Average investment
Our minimum investment begins at $3,500 and most of our couples invest between $4,500 and $7,000+ as they layer in specialty printing, custom watercolor illustrations, multi-piece suites, and those elevated, dimensional touches that make a celebration feel unforgettable.
Day-of goods
Couples often allocate an additional $1,500-$3,000+ for details like menus, escort cards, and signage. The day of the paper can be booked separately with a $1,000 project minimum.
